Experience the velorail in the Secret Land! Nearly fourteen kilometres out and back in the heart of nature on this curious vehicle known as a vélorail: a platform with four seats that moves on the rails of railway tracks using two pedals. Setting off from the site of the former Unicolait butter factory in Drulingen, you'll plunge into the heart of nature after just a few hundred metres. Leaving the Sitterswald forest, the route follows the River Isch across a plain typical of the Alsace Bossue countryside. The railway line leaves Alsace just after passing through the village of Weyer, and enters a landscape of unique, unspoilt hedged farmland, the Heckeland. After a few final pedal strokes, you'll be on the highest point of the line that used to be known as the Geissbocksbahn or goat railway... An unusual way to discover our region! Departures from the Maison des Services in Drulingen. Please arrive at the site 15 minutes before departure time. Opening times and days vary according to the season.
