Our Values

Brought together by a common project, the members of the Bassin Touristique de la Sarre (Saar tourist area) Association aim to promote the Terres d'Oh! as a tourist destination based on strong values.

These values are all rooted in the area's culture and heritage and give meaning to the initiatives planned by the Association :

Authenticity

Because the Terres d'Oh! is a destination that has everything to give and nothing to hide. The culture, history, and environment of the area, as well as the mindset of the local inhabitants, convey this strong relationship with nature and attachment to genuineness.

Sharing

The Terres d'Oh! is a project based on sharing: the co-construction of a tourist destination in its own right and the desire to share a genuine way of life with all the visitors who come to the area.

Openness

Via its canals, cycle trails and roads, the Terres d'Oh! is linked to many routes and roads that cross the border. These links have resulted in strong relations with certain cross-border partners and a specific mindset. 

Proximity

The Terres d'Oh! is a welcoming area with a wonderful natural environment. Across the whole territory, the local inhabitants and those involved in tourism have managed to create an atmosphere of well-being based on trust and kindness.

Friendliness

In the Terres d'Oh!, people live life to the rhythm of walks or rides, filled with moments of relaxation and discovery. So that everyone can relax and get away from the stress of daily life, everything is designed with "pleasure" in mind.

Respect

Whether between visitors or with the local inhabitants, and indeed for the well-being of the environment, respect is a central pillar of life in the Terres d'Oh! More than just a value, it is a commitment that is respected by everyone.
